What is collected
The conversation-request form asks for your first name, email address, age confirmation and confirmation that you understand the service boundaries. The general question form asks for your first name, email address and your question.
A short message is optional on the conversation-request form. Please do not send medical records, NHS numbers, medication lists or detailed health information.
How it is used
Your information is used only to read and respond to your request or question. It is not intended for advertising or mailing lists, and the forms are not clinical records.
How the forms work
The forms are processed and stored using Netlify’s form-handling service. Like most hosting services, Netlify may process technical information needed to receive and protect form submissions.
Keeping information
Messages should be kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond and manage the conversation. You may ask for your form message to be deleted by using the contact form and identifying the email address you used.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not intentionally use advertising trackers, visitor analytics or non-essential cookies.
